Question 7

Cancellation & refund policy

Accepted Answer

60 or more days before the course: full refund, less a $150 processing fee. 30–59 days before: 50% refund, or a free transfer to the next cohort. Fewer than 30 days before: no refund. You may transfer once to a future cohort. Substitutions: you may send a colleague in your place (eligibility rules apply). If we cancel: if a cohort does not reach the minimum enrollment, or we must cancel for any reason, you receive a full refund or a free transfer — your choice. We are not responsible for travel or lodging costs, so please book refundable travel. Live surgery cases: live cases depend on patient health and scheduling. If a scheduled case changes, an alternate soft tissue case will be shown. This is not grounds for a refund. Requests must be made in writing to info@benchoiperio.com.
